Nestled in the historic dune area, Noordwijk aan Zee has gained the ultimate living experience with Residence Opduin.

The Noorlander Group has realized an elegantly designed apartment complex that resembles two detached villas and fully integrates with the surroundings. It features just four floors and a total of eight highly exclusive residences.

On behalf of Noorlander Construction Group, IFS Building Systems has implemented various components between the detached villas. The assignment includes exceptionally transparent facades on both the front and back, glass staircases and landings in the stairwell, a glass elevator shaft, and steel balustrades around the landings and stairs. For comfort and fire safety, the two skylights in the Atrium are equipped with smoke and heat exhausts.

Also part of the project is the indoor parking facility on level -1, which is stylish and inviting like a luxury lounge. Here, IFS has installed various fronts and an airlock, some of which are fire-resistant. For daylight entry, there are two skylights (customized & unique) provided in the parking basement.

Finally, IFS has also installed various skylights and so-called solartubes in the apartments on the top floor of the villas.
